MTV and Universe are launching the newest release from MTV's Overground series, a comprehensive book celebrating the latest in toy design. Edited by Strangeco, the launch takes place on February 14th over at The Showroom NYC (117 2nd Ave.-corner of E. 7th Street) from 7pm to 10pm.
